Studio Ongarato began working with cult Japanese denim label, Evisu, in 2013. Tasked with reinvigorating their brand, we introduced a culture of collaboration, with subversive thinking across all brand expressions. From seasonal campaigns shot by Charlie Engman, Scott Trindle and Terry Richardson, through to creation of new label identities and the development of their ‘Store of the Future’ with Bozarthfornell Architects, we brought together contemporary collaborators who challenged conventions and brought new definition and verve to this contemporary Japanese denim brand.
